1. 30% withdrawal of application after documents prepared by PERMIT PRO.

2. 80% withdrawal of application after Stage 1 is submitted/approved.

3. 100% upon completion of Stage 2 application or endorsement of passes.

4. All services will be billed in full – supported with original receipt.

5. PERMIT PRO acts as advisor and consultant on matters related to Malaysian Immigration applications and does not guarantee the success of applications. All decisions made pertaining to applications are entirely at the discretion of the ESD / MYXpats Centre / MDEC / MIDA / Malaysian Immigration Authorities.

6. PERMIT PRO will submit an appeal for rejected applications at no extra charge.

7. All refund requests must be submitted through writing email to PERMIT PRO.

8. Refunds are subject to PERMIT PRO’s approval and internal policies.

9. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, you agree to cooperate fully with PERMIT PRO and provide all requested documentation.

10. You acknowledge that you may be responsible for chargeback fees and associated costs arising from your transactions.
