Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Vendor Portal provided by Billplz Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 201201039375)(1023853-P). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. All payment by credit card through Billplz Sdn Bhd is made payable to AGENSI PEKERJAAN PERMIT PRO CONSULTANCY SDN BHD/PERMIT PRO SERVICES SDN BHD.

  2. You confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card provided and that all payment information submitted is accurate and complete.

  3. All credit card payments are processed via a secure third-party payment service provider Billplz Sdn Bhd (the “Payment Processor”).

  4. PERMIT PRO does not store full credit card details unless explicitly stated.

  5. Your use of the payment functionality is also subject to the Payment Processor’s terms and privacy policies.

  6. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including transaction fees, service charges, and any applicable taxes (including SST, if applicable).

  7. PERMIT PRO reserves the right to revise fees upon prior notice.

  8. Payments will be charged at the point of services initiation/confirmation.

  9. Payment confirmation will be provided electronically via the email.

  10. By using the Vendor Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  11. PERMIT PRO reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  12. Please forward payment advice to this email.
